What Agiflow can do

Agiflow is the shared board between you and your AI assistant. It helps turn conversations into visible work you can review, adjust, and move forward.

01

Project Plan

Turn a messy idea into a clear board

Imagine this

Imagine starting with a loose goal like launching a podcast. Without a shared board, the conversation can end as advice you have to remember. With Agiflow, your assistant can turn that goal into suggested work units and tasks on the board, ready for your review.

What it actually does

You describe a goal. Your AI assistant can suggest work units and tasks, then save them to your Agiflow board for review. New items usually start in Planning so you can decide what belongs on the board.

Where this shows up

A campaign idea becomes a project plan with work units for launch content, approvals, and follow-up.
A client request becomes tasks with names, descriptions, and visible next steps.

02

Task Clarity

Make vague tasks crystal clear

Imagine this

Say your task says 'fix the website'. That's like telling a builder 'fix the house' — where do they even start? Task refinement turns it into: 'Update the hero image on the homepage. Done when the image loads correctly on mobile.' Now anyone can do it — including your AI.

What it actually does

Your AI assistant can turn a vague task into a clearer task description: what needs to happen, what done looks like, and what context matters. You still review the task before treating it as ready.

Where this shows up

A vague newsletter task gains acceptance details and a clear done state.
A sales follow-up task includes the account context someone needs before starting.

03

Ready Next

Sort out what to do next

Imagine this

Imagine a pile of sticky notes on your desk — ideas, half-finished thoughts, things someone asked for last month. Choosing what is ready next is the moment you sort that pile into: 'This one first. This one can wait. This one needs more detail.'

What it actually does

Your AI assistant can compare Planning tasks, suggest priorities, and help move the tasks you approve into Todo. Todo means the task is ready for someone to work on.

Where this shows up

Planning tasks are grouped into ready work, later work, and items that need more detail.
A weekly project board shows a smaller set of tasks the team can start with confidence.
These work best in order:

Think of it as three gears: Plan → Clarify → Choose ready work. After that, you can ask your AI assistant to help with one task and review what changed on the board.
